We are delighted to announce that the Minister of Agriculture of Bangladesh, Muhammad Abdur Razzaque has joined the Compact2025 Leadership Council. He joins a distinguished group of champions for ending hunger and malnutrition that provide strategic guidance to Compact2025 at global and country levels.
As one of four focal countries of the Compact2025 initiative, Bangladesh continues to be committed to improving food security and nutrition. The country has made progress, and their success stories can serve as key lessons for others, as highlighted recently in the IFPRI-FAO global event on Accelerating the End of Hunger and Malnutrition.
Compact2025 looks forward to receiving the Minister’s guidance and leadership, and will continue to support Bangladesh with evidence, data, and innovation to accelerate progress towards the end of hunger and undernutrition.
